22/03/2024 - Vocal n° 66 - 55:05 : 560 - Do not consider the stopping point of the line, but its position - Los Picos is on the line

(Q - Ed: But we agree that if I extend my line on a current map, and I land, I will quote it, at Los Picos which is not on my map current, there is still a little problem there, no)

MB: So, I drew a line which is a precise line. I would say that its accuracy is… How am I going to say this? I have to be careful what I tell you. This will still be controversial for days. I drew a precise line in its position, not in its length.
I trained as an architect. By definition, when we draw lines, even when we make plans, when we used to make them on tracing paper, we drew lines, we made them cross. For what ? Because two intersecting lines define a precise point. For example, to make a right angle, if you tried to stop your line very precisely on the angle, it was less precise than if you crossed the two lines to define the angle. It’s a technique… it’s not me who invented it. Building plans have always been done like this.
And so that's the method that I have... well, it's not even a method, it's my way of drawing features. I draw a line and then, if necessary, I intersect it with others, but I do not limit myself to the precise point where the line must stop. This is the case with this one.

(Q - Ed: Okay, so we mean that it's a bit of a coincidence that it happened there. In any case, we shouldn't take it into account.)< /i>

MB: Los Picos is on the line, that's it, nothing else.

(Q - ??: Are you really sure of your accuracy?)

MB: I love hearing that. It's wonderful, no, but wait, it illustrates the type of exchange we have.

(Q - ??: It's a joke. But it's a joke!)

MB: I know it's a joke, but not everyone perceives it like that, so that means that... The questioning is completely on edge for most, it's surprising.< br />
(Q - ??: No but I got what I wanted, I wanted a smile!)
(Q - ??: There are some who would have liked to fall in Vannes, that's why, Michel.)

MB: There are some who would have liked to fall in Vannes, yeah, yeah…
