02/04/2022 - Enregistrement 19 - 16:23 : Madits - Interpretation

(Q - ??: don't you think that playing with words, twisting them in all directions, cutting them up, putting them back together, isn't a little excessive? Is- what was that really in Max's mind?)

MB : for example someone like Isidore who is fully into this mechanism, in my opinion, goes too far, in my opinion goes too far, I believe that we must never forget that there are two stages in the puzzles:
- there was their conception and their publication, so there they were free from any interpretation
- there was the use that was subsequently made of it by Max Valentin to expand on his questions/answers on the minitel.
And the first stage, that's why I say someone who is a virgin, who arrives on the hunt, perhaps has, at a certain moment, more chances than an elder, because he is not not influenced at all. I think that a more objective reading of the puzzles gives you more luck. Because the mass of answers that Max Valentin provided, it is obvious, whatever one may think of him, that one places him on a pedestal or that one drags him through the mud, it doesn't matter, in all the scenarios we cannot admit, we could not admit that he always performed at the top in his responses.
There is such a mass of answers that there is inevitably some vagueness, there is necessarily... there may be bugs from time to time, things that he passes on and which are perhaps not exactly like that and that's why I say that there are so many things in there, you shouldn't too much... not always refer to it.

(Q - Tina: Max always said that he answered in the first degree, that always appealed to me, since the first degree excluded, in fact, everything that had to do with the super solution visibly ?)

MB : there was a good reason to do it, he responded to hundreds of messages, he didn't have time to go to the second level, even if he had wanted to. He couldn't answer anything other than the first degree. I mean, we weren't straight-forward as can be the case here in vocals from time to time, but despite everything, we had to have the cadence, we had to type everything on the minitel keyboard, it was something thing.
Yes I am asked is there a deliberate lie at some point in this hunt? No there is none, there is no deliberate lie, no not at all.
There are responses, certainly at given moments, hasty responses, responses that are due to a certain
weariness, because at one point they didn't know what to say anymore, and then when he started with answers which were necessarily, I would say random when he answered about my painting except for the elements of the specifications, but as soon as we out of the specifications all the answers he was able to make are completely random.
