MB : is that really it...it's a bit of a peremptory statement, the trigger, there are still elements in the book which are there to contribute to the trigger, it's not totally external to the book? There are things to do on site that are not in the book, in the actions to be carried out, that is clear but in understanding the thing there are elements in the book.
