(Q - ??: but it was quite risky for Max Valentin to distribute this to future people, how do you say that, people who have contributors or people who will finance sponsors, so I finds it quite risky to have distributed indications like that which are less coded.)

MB: For the money, there are guys who take crazy risks. He tried to sell his thing. It doesn't even occur to me that he could have imagined or considered the notion of risk at that level. He prepared something, he tried to sell it by all possible means within his reach. He was not in the process of a poet, of an artist who wants to be known like me or anything. He was like an advertiser who sells a product and tries to get the most out of it, so to speak.

(Q - ??: And I imagine that he would have given the final location of the voucher to the sponsor, I imagine that he was offering in exchange, right?)

MB: Well, I would say that the difference between the moment when the sponsor, so my friend Hervé was supposed to finance the operation, to be the only one to sign the book, when I say that, I have writings eh, I have contract projects, et cetera... so originally, there was absolutely no question of neither Régis Hauser nor Max Valentin, who didn't even exist, signing the book. It was an operation sold to a sponsor in exchange for a check.
And so, the notion that we mention, of risks, of confidentiality, the fact that Régis Hauser, Max Valentin communicated the solutions to his sponsor or not, were not posed in that way. What was asked was to say, I have an idea for a treasure hunt, I want to sell it and if I have a guy in front of me who is ready to write a check and well I do what it takes for him to sign what. So, if it had been necessary to communicate the solutions, he would have communicated them.
