08/01/2023 - Enregistrement n° 50 - part 4 - 35:40: Hunting - INA contact for video archives

MB: I’m going to tell you something that’s interesting. I was contacted not very long ago by the INA, the INA is the archives, it is the memory of audiovisual, the people from the INA tell me we would like to submit all the archives that we have, we are going to show them to you on the golden owl, so it's still nice, it's 30 years of my life, I was much more beautiful and much younger when the owl d 'or has started.
And so they're going to show me this and they want to film and record and memorize my reaction and how I'm going to react to all of this. So I feel, I become a sort of piece of archaeology, a relic of sorts of the owl. It's quite curious, already to think about and at the same time, it reflects the extent to which the story of the Golden Owl has entered our collective imagination. When I say our collective imagination, I mean the French collective imagination, it's not just French because there are Canadians who listen to us, then there are Americans, then Spaniards and then Belgians.< br /> Well yes, here are the Belgians, they're almost like the French, we're so close. But yeah, that means that this story is really becoming part of the collective imagination. And believe me, the day you find the owl, one of you, one of you, I would like it to be one, I'm a feminist as hell and that , that would make me happy, compared to these damn testosterone holders who suck the air out of us. I would like it to be a woman who finds what. Yeah, but yes, but guys are boring, guys are annoying, they're always pissed and they're always nervous, they're always on edge, girls are still cooler.
Well, in short, whoever it is, no, by that I mean that this story is becoming part of the collective imagination and very sincerely you can believe me, I urge you to believe me, it is so extraordinary. story, the day the owl is found, yes, yes, it will take its place in the most beautiful stories of treasure hunts, believe me, believe me.

(Q - ??: Well that's why we're on it, I started because of that by saying to myself but it's not possible this story has lasted for so long, but what 'is it? I dove into it out of curiosity. But it's a trap because once you're in, it's forever, you're in it.)

MB: it's not a trap but if I may say so, it's not a trap, it's a bit like Napoleon with his grunts and who will be able to say one day, well I was there
I don't know how old you are, I'm a little old now, but I mean, for those who will be there, the day the owl is found, they will be really happy to tell their children, their grandchildren- children, perhaps for some.
Anyway, I seem to be making a joke here, but it's not a joke, they'll be happy to say, well, I experienced this thing, I looked for it, I was totally into it. the story of the owl. This story is wonderful, believe me it is wonderful.
